Description:
The Data Integrity Assistant assists the Human Resources office with data accuracy and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the HR Supervisor and Programmer Analyst to update and maintain HR records
- Maintain Directory information for staff and faculty on campus
- Receive, run, and process periodically generated reports to fix errors
- Gain understanding of data workflows to identify pain points and areas of improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be registered for 6 or more credits in Fall 2024/ Spring 2025
- High School Diploma
- Strong analytical abilities
- High attention to detail
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in a higher education environment preferred
- SQL Background is a plus
- Ellucian Banner experience is a plus
- Eligible for Work Study preferred
